PEA RIDGE — Granny’s Quilts of Love met Feb. 15 at Mt. Vernon Presbyterian Church in Pea Ridge with 12 members present.

Nancy Davis opened the meeting with prayer and Mary Margaret Webb conducted the meeting.

As of meeting date, the number of quilts made for Arkansas Children’s Hospital was 11,230 along with 1,650 caps and 2,708 pillows.

Donna Beaver presented a copy of the flyer regarding a recruitment day set for March 19 from 10 a.m.

until noon to be held at Mt. Vernon Presbyterian Church. Anyone interested is invited to attend to learn more of what Granny’s Quilts is about. There will be door prizes and refreshments.

The next meeting will be at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, March 15, at Mt. Vernon Presbyterian Church. This will be a cutting meeting, so be sure to bring scissors. For more information, contact Mary Margaret Webb at 451-8640.
