AREA EVENTS

Dance Thursday

SELIGMAN, Mo. - The Seligman community dance will be at 7 p.m. Thursday, March 3, at the Seligman community building. The band will be Frosty Garland and the Road Hogs. Admission is $4 for adults. Snacks are optional. No smoking or alcohol allowed. For more information call 1-417-846-5355. Sponsored by the Seligman Lions Club.

The Seligman Lions Club hosted their annual Valentine Dance on Monday, Feb. 14. More than 82 people attended and had a great time. Roses were handed out to all the ladies, as was a chocolate kiss. Everyone enjoyed the food. Borderline band from Bentonville comprised of Mark Bradbury, Sherri Bradbury, Bart O’Neal and Darrell May, provided the music. Local talent entertained also.

The Seligman Lions Club hosts a dance the first Thursday of each month.

Dance Saturday

CASSVILLE, Mo. - The Cassville Senior Citizens Center will host their monthly dance from 7 to 10 p.m. Saturday, March 12, at 1111 Fair Street. Roaring River Sounds Band will be featured. There is a $4 cover charge at the door. Bring finger foods.
