Incidents reported to the Pea Ridge Police Department this week include: Tuesday, June 21
4:10 p.m. Gas drive off reported by an employee at EZ Mart. Attempts were made to contact the owner of vehicle, but were unsuccessful.The incident is under investigation.
4:13 p.m. Alarm, Pea Ridge High School, several employees were leaving the building.The building was secure. The alarm was reset.
5:05 p.m. A resident on Zachary Street reported that a former roommate had run into the garage door.
11:03 p.m. Alarm at Oak View Animal Clinic, West Slack Street. Met with owner, building secure.
Wednesday, June 22
9:14 a.m. Welfare check on 4-year-old boy at an apartment on Kings Lane. No immediate danger was discovered.
3:45 p.m. A 16-year-old girl and her mother reported that a 34-year-old male on whom an order of protection has been served tried to“friend” the girl on Facebook. The information was forwarded to the Benton County Prosecutor’s Office.
Thursday, June 23
8:24 p.m. A resident on West Pike Street complained about a disturbance.
The investigation resulted in the arrest of Derrick Constancio, 20, Pea Ridge, for domestic battery and terroristic threatening
8:32 p.m. Alarm call at Pea Ridge Middle School. A door was found open.
No representative was available.
Friday, June 24
12:13 a.m. A reckless driver was reported on Van Dorn Street near McCullochStreet. The vehicle, a white Chevrolet Blazer, was located at a residence on Van Dorn. Police spoke to the person believed to be the driver. He appeared to be intoxicated. No arrests were made.
3:50 a.m. Alarm at former Blackhawk Theatre. Building secure.
7:30 a.m. Alarm at Pea Ridge High School, met a janitor, building secured.
6:50 p.m. A resident on Van Dorn Street reported a large Pit Bull-type dog running around his house.The owner, Kayla Case, 19, was cited for dog at large.
10:25 p.m. Unresponsive 85-year-old male at a residence on John Montgomery Circle; stood by until ambulance arrived.
10:50 p.m. Received a report of a motor-vehicle wreck at Arkansas Hwy.
72/It’ll Do Road, it was discovered at Jac’s Ranch. Provided traffic control until state police arrived.
Saturday, June 25
10 p.m. A resident reported a 16-yearold girl missing and believed to be with a 24-year-old male. The male was located about 12:30 a.m. and questioned.The girl was found about 1 a.m. walking on a road near her home and cited for curfew violation. The incident is under investigation.
Sunday, June 26
2:38 p.m. A resident on John Montgomery Circle reported an 18-year-old male coming to his house asking to air up his bicycle tire and then refusing to leave.
The mother, when contacted, said she could not pick him up. He was transported to Rogers.
6:45 p.m. Possible fire in cardboard boxes behind Marvin’s IGA on North Curtis Avenue.
