PEA RIDGE POLICE DEPARTMENT

Incidents reported to the Pea Ridge Police Department this week include:

One warrant served:

◊6/17 Seth Tate, 22, Pea Ridge, for contempt failure to pay fines and costs.

Other incidents include: Tuesday, June 14

2 p.m. In City Hall at court, while court was in session, arrested Kayla Dunlap, 42, Bentonville, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

9:04 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop at White Oak Station arrested Jerod Whipple, 26, Pea Ridge, for DWI.

Wednesday, June 15

3:15 a.m. Received a report of a small black dog running loose in the area of North Curtis Avenue and Watie Street.

The dog was picked up and taken to the Pea Ridge Vet Clinic.

4:30 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop at White Oak Station, arrested Nicholus Phillips, 30, Bentonville, for DWI and possession of a controlled substance.

5 p.m. Alarm at Pea Ridge High School; met by principal; building secure.

Thursday, June 16

2 a.m. Assisted Little Flock Police at a disturbance at an apartment on Woods Lane.

11:30 a.m. A resident on E. Pickens Street reported his house had been broken into June 2, a window was broken and several tools were missing.

1 p.m. Suspicious circumstances involving several youths trying to pawn jewelry at Castle Rental and Pawn. The incident is under investigation.

Friday, June 17

7:20 a.m. Assisted Pea Ridge Ambulance at a residence on Halleck.

11 a.m. A one-vehicle accident at the intersection N. Curtis Ave. and Patton Street involving Seth Hicks, 17, Pea Ridge, in which a cable struck and broke the side mirror on his pickup truck.

7:12 p.m. Assisted Pea Ridge Ambulance at a residence on Charles Street; it was reported that a 15-year-old female had smoked an unknown substance and was ill. She was transported to the hospital. The incident is under investigation.

Saturday, June 18

9:06 a.m. A residence of Sims Lane complained about a neighbor trespassing in her yard. The suspect was contacted and given a verbal no trespass order.

12:10 p.m. Assisted Pea Ridge Ambulance about an unresponsive female at a residence on Wade Lane. She was transported to the hospital.

12:34 p.m. Assisted Pea Ridge Ambulance at a residence on It’ll Do Road concerning an unresponsive male in the yard. He became responsive and declined transport.

Sunday, June 19

8:05 a.m. Assisted Pea Ridge ambulance at a residence on S. Curtis Ave.

Monday, June 20

10:55 p.m. A resident of Lindsay Lane reported his ex-wife drove through his yard and struck the mailbox.

11:35 p.m. A possible trespasser was reported in the fireworks tent on Arkansas Highway 72 near It’ll Do Road. Police were unable to locate the trespasser.
