Critical violations: Carton of raw eggs stored above cooked bowl of hash browns (corrected). Bowl of moldy tomato base sauce unlabeled, undated in the walk-in (corrected). Hot dogs, some deli meats exceed use by date (self serve refrigerators). Maintain hot food at 135 degrees or above at all times.

Noncritical violations: Hot water shut off at valve because it leaks from faucet (fix immediately). Excessive condensation leak in freezer (store area and kitchen freezer). Clean soda nozzles regularly. Clean interior of cappuccino machines.
