PEA RIDGE — Area children, parents and grandparents enrolled in the 2010-2011 HIPPY (Home Instruction for Parents of Preschool Youngsters) program were treated to a ride on the A&M railroad Monday, April 18.
Some of the families got to ride in the Biloxi Blues car, which stared in the 1988 Neil Simon movie “Biloxi Blues” starring Matthew Broderick and Christopher Walken. While waiting for the train, many students and their parents flew kites and had a picnic lunch.
