PEA RIDGE — Fried Green Tomatoes
From the kitchen of Rose Bray, Pea Ridge Recipes to Remember Cookbook
4 firm green tomatoes, sliced
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. cooking oil
Mix flour, salt and pepper. Dip sliced tomatoes into flour mixture. Heat oil in a large skillet. Add floured tomatoes and cook, turning once, until golden brown
