A lawn-mower race will be held 5 p.m. Saturday, July 30, at the old Pea Ridge Race Track, located just west of the First Baptist Church, Pea Ridge. This event is a fundraiser sponsored by the Lions Club.

Admission is $6 for children and adults, children under 5 are free.

Gospel sing

LEBANON, Mo. - The 43rd annual Albert E. Brumley Memorial Gospel Sing will be Aug. 3-6 at the Cowan Civic Center on business loop I-44 in Lebanon, Mo.
