— Information is from state Health Department records. Restaurants are listed in order of inspection date. All reports are from regular food service food store inspections unless otherwise noted. Critical violations are defined as items that relate directly to factors that lead to food-borne illness and must be corrected immediately. Noncritical violations are defined as items that relate to maintenance of food operations and cleanliness.

Dec. 8 Rainbow House

New construction - Noncritical violations: All wood must be smooth, easily cleanable, nonabsorbent and nonporous. Restroom door must be self-closing and tight fitting. Caulk around mop sink top/wall and floor/ side. Caulk around door frame/floor joint at front kitchen door. Soap and paper towels at handwashing sinks. Need handwashing signage. All equipment must be in and at proper temperature with thermometers in units. All equipment must be cleaned and sanitized.

Need test strips for sanitizer.

New construction - Noncritical violations: Clean and sanitize all equipment prior to opening. Sanitizer should be 50-100 ppm (bleach). Bleach should be regular scent. OK to operate.
