Incidents reported to the Pea Ridge Police Department this week include:

◊2/15 Tyler Yeakley, 22, Springdale, failure to appear;

Other incidents include: Tuesday, Feb. 15

9 a.m. Received a report of a tan boxer in the roadway impeding traffic near the intersection of Slack and Weston streets.The dog and the owner of the dog were located.The owner, Brooklyn Ingram, 18, Pea Ridge, was cited for dog at large.

4:45 p.m. Received a report of a verbal disturbance at Hayden Road and Barnes Circle. After investigating, took a 15-year-old white female into custody and transported her to Benton County Juvenile Detention Center. She told police that even if she was made to stay at her grandmother’s house, she would run away again.

8:51 p.m. Assisted Benton County Sheriff’s deputies by setting up a perimeter along Sugar Creek Road as deputies were pursuing a subject who fled on foot.

Wednesday, Feb. 16

1:45 p.m. Upon checking a suspicious person walking on McCulloch Street, arrested Reuben Chamberlain, 22, Paragould, Ark., for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Thursday, Feb. 17

6:30 p.m. Received a report of a criminal mischief in progress on John W. Montgomery. Upon investigation, police found that several young girls were in a shed in the back yard of an unoccupied dwelling and had broken the door off.The girls - ages 13, 14, 14 and 15 - and their parents were contacted, as was the owner of the property.The owner did not want to press charges but did want his property repaired.

Friday, Feb. 18

11:31 a.m. Received a report of a possibly intoxicated driver at McDonalds. Police made contact with the man, Darrel Lushenko, 54, of Pea Ridge and arrested him for DWI and refusal to submit. He was transported to the Benton County Jail.

10 a.m. Made contact with Grant Dayberry, 21, of Springdale, and arrested him on a warrant from Springdale.

4:30 p.m. Contacted by Ricky Black, 27, whose dog had been picked up bypolice. He was issued a citation for dog at large and it was discovered he was wanted on a warrant from Fayetteville.

Saturday, Feb. 19

11:52 p.m. Received a dispatch from Central Communications that there was a reckless driver on East McNelly Road. As police were looking for the white Ford F-250, they were advised by CENCOM that the vehicle was on West McNelly.

Sunday, Feb. 20

1:18 p.m. An alarm call at Fred’s store; a representative responded; the building was found to be secure.

4:06 p.m. Were advised by a resident on Ford Street that her son’s laptop computer was found to be missing after a party at the house.The incident is under investigation.

7:45 p.m. Dispatched to a disturbance longer in progress at a residence on Lane Drive. Upon arrival, discovered the fight had been between two teenage sisters. The parents chose to handle the situation themselves.

Monday, Feb. 21

8:59 a.m. Requested by Bentonville police to locate an individual believed to be in Pea Ridge. During the investigation, learned where the person wanted for question was and passed the information on to Bentonville Police.

5:37 p.m. Received a report of a physical disturbance at a residence on McNair Place involving a group of children fighting. Upon investigation, it was determined that there were eight juveniles playing in their own yard and that there was no fight.

6:14 p.m. Received a report of an aggressive black and white Pit Bull dog at large on Smith Street. Located the dog and owner.The owner advised that the dog had just broken loose and was now under control.

7:47 p.m. After receiving a report of a wreckless driver on North Arkansas Highway 94, police made a traffic stop at Hwy. 94 and Charles Street. The driver, Ricky Lee French, 57, of Miami, Okla., was arrested for DUI, possession of a controlled or counterfeit substance and refusal to submit to an intoxication test. He was also cited for careless and prohibitive driving and no insurance.

He was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail Tuesday with no bond set.

Persons from northeast Benton County booked into the Benton County this week include: Tuesday, Feb. 15

10:21 p.m. William Anson Ratliff, 21, of Avoca, was arrested by BCSO for misdemeanor fleeing (on foot), felony theft by receiving, aggravated cruelty to animals, and aggravated residential burglary. He was being held at Benton County Jail Tuesday with $50,000 bond set.

Wednesday, Feb. 16

4:45 a.m. Trevor Thomas Gray, 20, of Rogers, was arrested by Rogers Police on a Lowell warrent, other charges include: misdemeanor driving while intoxicated and felony possession of a controlled substance. He was being held in the Benton County Jail Tuesday with a $9,895 bond set.

4:45 a.m. Geoffrey Bryon Wayne, 24, of Rogers, was arrested by Rogers Police Department for felony possession of a controlled substance. He was being held at Benton County Jail Tuesday with a $2,500 bond set.

10:59 a.m. Carl Douglas Scates, 31, of Seligman, Mo., was arrested by BCSO for misdemeanor failure to appear. He was being held at the Benton CountyJail Tuesday with a $1,355.00 bond set.

9:53 p.m. Raygan Gaige Uhrig, 19, of Little Flock, was arrested by BCSO for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession with intent to deliver a counterfeit substance and unauthorized use of property to facilitate a crime, all of which are felony charges.

10:02 p.m. Gareth Lee Evans, 21, of Little Flock, was arrested by BCSO for felony possession of drug paraphernalia, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and felony unauthorized use of property to facilitate a crime.

11:05 p.m. Kelsey Renee Harris-Huffmaster, 18, of Little Flock, was arrested by BCSO for delivery of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession with intent to deliver a counterfeit substance, and unauthorized use of property to facilitate crime, all of which are felony charges.

Monday, Feb. 21

8:33 p.m. Rita Jo Gilbert, 48, of Garfield, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s deputies on two violations of the Arkansas hot check law. She was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
