LITTLE ROCK — Tim Roberts, owner of Cornerstone Maintenance and Construction in Bella Vista has the skills and expertise to handle virtually any home improvement project. He urges customers to nd pictures of what they like, make extra copies and give them to contractors who are bidding the work. "The more time you spend planning what you want before you even call a contractor, the fewer surprises you will have during and after the project," he says.
