— Information is from state Health Department records. Restaurants are listed in order of inspection date. All reports are from regular food service food store inspections unless otherwise noted. Critical violations are defined as items that relate directly to factors that lead to food-borne illness and must be corrected immediately. Noncritical violations are defined as items that relate to maintenance of food operations and cleanliness.

Jan. 25 Rainbow House Asian Bistro

Critical violations: Do not store uncovered food items in cardboard boxes once they have been washed/cut or processed. Do not store foods directly in grocerytype bags. Raw meats/eggs stored above ready-to-eat foods. Spring rolls stored in plastic crate; crate is not easily cleanable. Fried item being stored in cardboard box.

Noncritical violations: All wood must be smooth easily cleanable and nonabsorbent in all areas of kitchen and walkin. Meat grinder is not clean (corrected); used for chilis only. Cups being used to scoop bulk items. Do not reuse singleuse containers for food storage.

Sonic Drive-In

Critical violations: Chili in hot well 112 degrees (destroyed). Sanitizer at three-compartment sink is not dispensing at the correct concentration.

Noncritical violations: Cracked or broken lids/equipment are no longer smooth and easily cleanable; replace as needed.
