Incidents reported to the Pea Ridge Police Department this week include:

Two warrants served:

◊2/7 Gary C. Fowler, 37, Fayetteville, failure to appear; and

◊2/8 Ashley Hamblin, 25, Bentonville, contempt failure to pay fines and costs.

Other incidents include: Monday, Feb. 7

5 p.m. A former resident of the city left a vehicle in town at a residence on N.

Arkansas Hwy. 94 and reported that the vehicle license plate was stolen off it.

Tuesday, Feb. 8

10 a.m. A city resident reported that her daughter’s shoes had been stolen while she was at a residence on E. Pickens Street. The shoes were found at a resale store in Rogers and recovered.The incident is under investigation.

12 p.m. A dog was reported tearing into trash in a trash container at a business on Lee Town Road and Davis Street.

The dog’s owner, Christina Foster, 31, Pea Ridge, was located and cited for dog at large.

2:30 p.m. A resident of Greenwood Cove reported his wife of three months and her sister were missing. The man later reported he received a letter requesting that her mail be forwarded to an address in Texas.There was no further investigation.

Wednesday, Feb. 9

5:36 a.m. Alarm at Pea Ridge Middle School. The building was found to be secure.

Thursday, Feb. 10

2:47 p.m. A two-vehicle parking lot accident was reported Fred’s involving Andrew Forster, 20, Bentonville, and Mary Durand, 57, Pea Ridge.

4:53 p.m. An alarm at Pea Ridge High School; an employee of the school was present who reported he had accidentally set off the alarm.

Friday, Feb. 11

2:55 p.m. A one-vehicle accident in the parking lot involving a Southwest Sanitation Service truck driven by David Still, 60, who reported he struck a power line while trying to pick up trash.

3 p.m. A resident on Smith Street reported two Labrador retrievers (one black and one brown) running loose in the area. They were picked up and taken to the Pea Ridge Veterinary Clinic.

Saturday, Feb. 12

1:10 a.m. Received a report from Central Communications that Rogers Police had picked up David McElroy, 37, of Rogers, on a warrant and had him in the emergency room at Mercy MedicalCenter. Pea Ridge police picked him up on a contempt failure to pay fines and costs warrant. He appeared to be intoxicated.While in the booking process at the Benton County Jail, prescription medications for which he did not have a prescription were discovered on McElroy.

He was charged with possession without a prescription.

2 p.m. Assisted a probation officer in locating Dustin E. Williams, 35, Pea Ridge, who was found in an apartment at Kings Lane. He was arrested on a white warrant, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

3:30 p.m. An anonymous person reported seeing two males slashing tires on a vehicle parked at Marvin’s IGA. During the investigation, police found the owner of the vehicle who reported that two males had approached him inside the store and threatened him. The incident is still under investigation.

Sunday, Feb. 13

7:30 p.m. Received a complaint from a resident on Smith Street who said someone was throwing snowballs at his house.

The suspect was located, interviewed and agreed to quit.

Monday, Feb. 14

1:20 a.m. An alarm call at Fred’s. The manager arrived and the building was found to be secure.

3 p.m. Assisting Washington County Sheriff’s Office by serving a warrant, police arrested Courtnie Bartholomew, 32, Pea Ridge. During the course of the arrest, a substance believed to be marijuana was located. Bartholomew was also charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. She was booked into the Benton County Jail.

Tuesday, Feb. 15

4:13 a.m. Police were called to assist Little Flock Police with a field sobriety test on a possibly intoxicated driver, who was arrested by Little Flock.

Persons from northeast Benton County booked into the Benton County Jail this week include: Friday, Feb. 11

6:53 p.m. Mark Patrick Miller, 50, Garfield, was arrested by BCSO deputies for felony possession of a controlled substance and for a contempt warrant from Bentonville. He was being held on bonds of $5,350.

Saturday, Feb. 12

3:30 p.m. Dustin Elliott Williams, 35, Pea Ridge, was arrested by Pea Ridge Police for felony possession of a controlled substance, second offense;

possession of drug paraphernalia; and revocation of a suspended sentence orprobation. He was being held in lieu of $15,000 bond.

Monday, Feb. 14

12:46 p.m. Dasha Rai Castleman, 21, Pea Ridge, was arrested by Rogers Police for contempt and held on a $1,000 bond.

4:06 p.m. Courtnie Raeann Bartholomew, 32, Pea Ridge, was arrested by Pea Ridge Police for violation of the Arkansas hot check law and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. She was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail.

10:20 p.m. Diane Patricia Wrenfrow-Gary, 56, Garfield, was arrested by deputies for third degree (misdemeanor) assault on a family or household member.
