Incidents reported this week to the Pea Ridge Police Department include: Tuesday, Dec. 20

9:50 a.m. Two cows were loose on Cherry Street.

5:21 p.m. A woman reported she walking her dog on Patton Street said she and her dog were attacked by a neighbor’s dog.

8:30 p.m. A child’s bicycle was found lying on the driveway to the Street Department buildings. It was taken to the Police station.

Wednesday, Dec. 21

12:15 a.m. An alarm at Sonic, the drive-through window was found open, doors were secure. A representative responded.

1:50 p.m. A dog was running loose in the Standing Oaks subdivision. It was picked up and taken to the Pea Ridge Veterinary Clinic.

5:07 p.m. A stolen check was reportedly written to the Smoke Shop. The check was one of many stolen from a resident of Springdale.

8:10 p.m. A one-vehicle accident involving Benjamin Beauchamp, 19, of Pea Ridge, backing into a gas meter on Pike Street.

Thursday, Dec. 22

4:17 a.m. A resident of Luke Street reported harassing communications involving obscene telephone calls.

8:46 a.m. An anonymous complaint to the Bella Vista Humane Society was reported to police about the condition of horses in a pasture on Halleck Lane.

The horses were checked and determined to be in good health and regularly checked by a licensed veterinarian

11:50 a.m. A report of a stolen trailer license plate off a trailer parked at a residence on Green Street.

12:01 p.m. A resident of Asboth Street reported boys had broken into her house where her children were. According to the report, the boys knocked at the front door, but were told to leave. One boy jumped the fence and went in the back door and let the other boy in the front door. As a result of the investigation, two boys, ages 13 and 15, were arrested for burglary and transported the Benton County Juvenile Detention Center.

10:16 p.m. A traffic stop at EZ Mart resulted in the arrest of Monita Roy, 42, Rogers, for DWI and speeding.

Friday, Dec. 23

11:10 a.m. Police received a report of dogs being neglected at a residence on McCulloch Street. The dogs were discovered to be healthy and normally kept inside. The owner was advised to provide shelter if they were to be outside.

11:57 a.m. Three dogs running at large on Linder and Richards streets were found running into a back yard of a residence after having been acting aggressive and chasing a boy on a bicycle.The owner,Wililam S. Bruce, Jr., 55, Pea Ridge, was cited three times for dog at large.

Saturday, Dec. 24

10:45 p.m. Suspicious circumstances at a residence on Ford Street involving an open garage door.
