Tuesday, Dec. 13

1:12 p.m. A school official reported that a 13-year-old girl had thrown a dish at, and hit, a 12-year-old girl. The victim did not wish to press charges.

10:30 p.m. William Joseph Scott, 31, Pea Ridge, was cited for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Wednesday, Dec. 14 4:30 p.m. An employee at Sonic reported receiving a possibly counterfeit $10 bill. The investigation revealed that the bill was counterfeit.

5 p.m. An employee at White Oak Station reported that two boys, ages 12 and 17, were scaring customers.

9:45 p.m. Agency assist for Little Flock police at a disturbance at an apartment.

Thursday, Dec. 15

12:45 a.m. A 21-year-old female reported being harassed by her former boyfriend.

4:30 p.m. Welfare check on a female in King Lane apartments.

4:39 p.m. A resident reported that a large group of juveniles was “hanging out” on Hayes and Price streets.

5:38 p.m. A two-vehicle accident on Arkansas Highway 94 and Hayden Road involving Rebecca Prince, 36, Pea Ridge, and Joel Foltz, 25, Pea Ridge. Prince was cited for careless driving.

10:30 p.m. Alarm, Sonic, the drivethrough window was found slightly open. The doors were secure.

Friday, Dec. 16

12:45 a.m. A woman reported that her 15-year-old daughter was not home and believed her to be with a teen-aged boy. She called later sayingthe girl had returned home.

8 a.m. Criminal mischief involving a mailbox and post apparently driven over by a vehicle on Dodge Street.

1:59 p.m. A resident of D.J. Duvall reported an assault on a 14-year-old girl who is pregnant. The investigation resulted in the arrest of Gary S. Cook, 18, Pea Ridge, for felony domestic battery III.

9:58 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop on N. Curtis Avenue, police arrested Robert Hanlon, 30, Pea Ridge, for DWI.

Saturday, Dec. 17

10:40 p.m. Harassing communications reported by a resident on Zachary Street involving harassing texts sent to her 13-year-old son.

Sunday, Dec. 18

12:49 a.m. Agency assist with ambulance on Oakley Street.

6:58 p.m. A resident of D.J. Duvall reported a dog at large, a red Cocker spaniel which had been roaming the neighborhood for several days andhad now followed her child home. The dog was picked up and taken to the Pea Ridge Veterinary Clinic.

Monday, Dec. 19

5:50 a.m. A resident on Gen. Franz Sigel Road reported a theft. Electronics were missing from his unlocked vehicle.

6 a.m. Alarm, Collier Drug Store, building was secure, no representative arrived.

6:40 a.m. A resident from O.D. Bancroft Drive reported several electronics missing from his vehicle which he said he locked the night before. He said he found the driver’s door unlocked.

9:21 a.m. Welfare check on 50-year-old female reported to have taken a large amount of narcotics and alcohol. She was not found at her home, and later reported to be traveling to see a relative.

9:56 a.m. A resident of Mary Phelps Drive reported a stereo missing from his unlocked vehicle.

11 a.m. A resident O.D. Bancroft Drive reported a GPS unit stolen from her unlocked vehicle.

5:55 p.m. A one-vehicle accident involving a vehicle driven by Dylan J. Luff, 20, Pea Ridge, who reported he hit a deer on Patterson Road.

Tuesday, Dec. 20

12:55 a.m. While on routine patrol, an officer found a dome light on in a vehicle on Charles Street. The vehicle appeared to be secure and the officer was unable to awaken the residents of the adjacent house.

1:10 a.m. While on routine patrol, a police officer observed a pickup with the cargo light on in the parking area at the intersection of Benton County 40 and Arkansas Hwy. 94 North. There were several males working on a vehicle. As a result of the investigation, one man, Preston G. Starritt, 42, of Rogers, was arrested on an outstanding warrant from Lowell Police. He was delivered to Lowell Police.
