PEA RIDGE — Kelsey D’Ann Parmenter, a graduate of Pea Ridge High School, was one of 20 western Arkansas students awarded a $1,000 academic scholarship from Farm Credit of Western Arkansas.

Parmenter, the daughter of Jerry and Christy Beaver and the granddaughter of J.C. and Donna Beaver, all of Pea Ridge, plans to attend Arkansas Tech University this fall.
