8:50 p.m. An investigation into a disturbance not in progress atWade Lane led police to talk to a 28-year-old female who appeared to be intoxicated and who complained that she and her 36-year-old fiancé had been arguing, that he was intoxicated and had left with his 2-year-old son in the vehicle.

The welfare of the child was checked and he was found to be safe at a relative’s house.

7:15 p.m. A traffic stop at N. Curtis Avenue and Lindsey Street resulted in the arrest of Douglas L. James, 48, Pea Ridge, on a warrant from Conway and possession of a controlled substance.

Tuesday, April 12

4:20 a.m. A horse was in the roadway on Easterling Road. It was found and herded into a pasture through an open gate and the gate was closed.

While at court, arrested Tracy McCoy, 31, Seligman, Mo., on contempt of court per order of the judge.

Wednesday, April 13

11:45 p.m. A resident of East Pickens reported a disturbance. Before police arrived at the residence, they were notified by Central Communications that the victim had left and gone to a location on Wade Lane. She was contacted there.The 20-year-old white female reported that her husband had assaulted her and she left the residence. Police located and arrested her husband, Truman Andrews, 28, Pea Ridge, for domestic battery and false imprisonment.

Thursday, April 14

3:28 p.m. Received a report of a stray dog on Patton Street. Police located a blond lab mixed breed dog and took it to the Pea Ridge Veterinary Clinic.

Friday, April 15

1:42 a.m. Received a report of a suspicious vehicle following a car into town. Police made contact with the driver of the vehicle and arrested Richard Hand, 22, of Springdale, for DWI at the White Oak station.

3:06 p.m. A two-vehicle accident in the McDonald’s parking lot between Oller McElmurry, 83, Pea Ridge, and Steve Hicks, 43, Bella Vista.

4:30 p.m. A resident of WashburnDrive reported a bullying incident between two teen-age girls. Upon arrive, police spoke to the 13- and 15-year-old girls and their parents; the girls were advised to have no contact with one another.

Saturday, April 16

2 a.m. A traffic stop on East Pickens Street resulted in the arrest of Aaron Looney, 19, Bella Vista, for contributing to the delinquency of a minor, a minor in possession of alcohol and possession of controlled substance; Jason Crone, 21, Rogers, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and possession of controlled substance. Both were transported to Benton County Jail. Also arrested was Lex Lutz, 17, Bentonville, probation violation. He was transported to Benton County Juvenile Detention Center. A 15-year-old Pea Ridge girl was cited for minor in possession of alcohol and possession of a controlled substance. She was released to the custody of her mother.

5:30 p.m. While checking the area of the city park in the Givens subdivision because of a number of complaints of vandalism, police spoke to seven teenagers at the park in a car.While there, two teen-age males approached the police and one was belligerent, disrespectful and cursing at the police officer. The 17-year-old male was charged with disorderly conduct.

9 p.m. Received a report of a vehicle being driven recklessly.The vehicle was located and stopped at Carr and Slack streets. Police arrested Daniel Stamper, 30, Garfield, for DWI/drugs; Chelsea Harless, 28, Garfield, public intoxication; and Sarah Patton, 29, Rogers, for public intoxication. They were taken to the Benton County Jail.

Sunday, April 17

4:10 a.m. Responded to Lost Springs apartments to provide back-up for Little Flock police in reference to an intoxicated person who was arrested and taken to the county jail.

8:40 a.m. Dispatched to the pool house at Standing Oaks in reference to a criminal mischief involving broken windows and other damage. As a result of the investigation, police arrested a 13-year-old male of Pea Ridge for criminal mischief. He was taken to the Benton County Juvenile Detention Center.

5:45 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop on N. Curtis Avenue and Price Street, arrested Brett Wilkens, 20, Springdale, for possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; and Victoria Pike, 19, Springdale, for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

12:52 p.m. Anna Janae Beeson, 21, Pea Ridge, was arrested by BCSO for two misdemeanor counts of comtempt.

3:59 p.m. Justin Wade Trammell, 26, Garfield, was arrested by BCSO for revoke of suspended sentence or probation.

5:23 p.m. Russell William Bartholomew, 71, Garfield, was arrested by BCSO for three misdemeanor counts of contempt.

5:29 p.m. Edward Allen Wright, 50, Garfield, was arrested by BCSO for misdemeanor failure to appear.

Saturday, April 9

9:06 p.m. Dalton Shad Church, 33, Seligman, Mo., was arrested by BCSO for two counts of violation of the Arkansas hot check law, four counts of contempt, fleeing on foot, and revoke of suspended sentence or probation.

Sunday, April 10

4:44 a.m. Donna Dion Fulton, 48, Rogers, was arrested by Little Flock Police for failure to appear and possession of a controlled substance.

Monday, April 11

8:29 p.m. Douglas Loyd James, 48, Pea Ridge, by Pea Ridge police for failure to appear for Faulkner County and possession of a controlled or counterfeit substance.

Tuesday, April 12

12:21 a.m. Michael Brandon Davison, 24, Jones Trailer Park Road, Garfield, by Rogers police for failure to appear and obstructing governmental operations.

Wednesday, April 13

1:41 p.m. Truman Andrews, 19, Pea Ridge, was arrested and charged by Pea Ridge Police for domestic battering in the third degree and false imprisonment in the second degree.

7:32 p.m. Leah Beth Petton, 29, Decatur, was arrested by Little Flock police for failure to appear and was also arrested by Benton County Detention Center for battery in the third degree.

9:44 p.m. Michael Eugene Holm, 19, Pea Ridge, was arrested by Rogers Police for failure to appear.

11:58 p.m. Daniel Lee Werst, 31, Neosho, Mo., was arrested by Bentonville Police for failure to appear.

Thursday, April 14

6:14 a.m. Ted Allen Wilson, 35, Garfield, was arrested by Rogers Police for contempt and failure to appear.

12:14 p.m. Jeffrey Charles Thompson, 56, Garfield, was arrested by BCSO for failure to appear, contempt, criminal mischief in the first degree, and possession of firearm by certain persons.

Sunday, April 17

1:15 a.m. Matthew Allen Carney, 22, Rogers, was arrested by Gravette Police for having a failure to appear warrant from Little Flock.

5:06 a.m. Bryan Christopher Miller, 23, Rogers, was arrested by Little Flock Police for resisting arrest and third degree assault on a family or household member.
