SELIGMAN, Mo. — Byron Stephens was awarded Seligman Man of the Year by Mayor Jason Raucstadt for his Outstanding Community Service and Support to the Youth of the Seligman Area.
Stephens hosts the youth night at the Seligman Community Center from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. on the second Friday of each month during the school year.
