1 p.m. A theft at a residence on

Asboth with several items missing

including food, a camera, remotes,

vacuum cleaner and tools. Christopher

Jones, 25, Rogers, was arrested for

theft.The incident is still under inves

tigation.

Wednesday, April 6

2:52 p.m. Vehicle hit front of Dollar

General Store.

Thursday, April 7

1:25 a.m. Alarm at Fred’s; a represen

tative arrived; the building was foundto be secure.

9 a.m. Report of a 17-year-old female run away from a residence on Hallack. By 1 p.m., she was found to be safe and reunited with a parent.

Friday, April 8

3:30 p.m. A resident of O.D. Bancroft reported fraud involving people offering assistance in fundraisers for a family’s medical emergency, but apparently collecting the money for themselves instead of giving the money to the family for whom it was intended.

The incident is under investigation.

Saturday, April 9

8:53 a.m. Provided assistance on a medical call on Todd Circle and stood by until the ambulance arrived.

Sunday, April 10

4:47 p.m. A resident of Hutchison Street reported her Chihuahua had been attacked by her neighbor’s pit bull.The Chihuahua was taken to the Pea Ridge Veterinary Clinic where it was euthanized due to the severity of its injuries. The incident is still under investigation.

2:49 a.m. A one-vehicle accident on Hayden Road at Chapman Street involv ing a 2006 Ford F-150 driven by James Barnett, 30, of Pea Ridge. Barnett failed to make a 90-degree turn, drove over a curb and the truck flipped pinning Barnett beneath it. Barnett was taken to Northwest Medical Center, where he was treated then released. He was charged with DWI.

6:31 p.m. A verbal disturbance wasreported at a residence on Greer Street.

After police arrived, the complainant said she did not want to file a report.

5:30 p.m. A 5-year-old girl was reported missing. After a 30-minute search and investigation, it was determined that there had been a misunderstanding and the child was safely at home.

Monday, April 11

1:18 a.m. Alarm call at Fred’s. There was no representative available.The store was determined to be secure.

1:42 a.m. Responded to a structure fire at 1050 Asboth.

2:30 a.m. An alarm at the Middle School. No representative was available. The building was determined to be secure.

Persons from northeast Benton County booked into the Benton County Jail recently include: Tuesday, March 22

8:52 a.m. Jay William Fair, 53, of Seligman, was arrested by Bentonville police for failure to appear, criminal mischief in the first degree, fleeing, intimidating a witness, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and resisting arrest.

Wednesday, March 23

8:13 p.m. Larry Dale Hardwick, 54, Garfield, was arrested by BCSO for contempt.

Thursday, March 24

12:43 a.m. Michael Warren Phillips, 37, of Seligman, was arrested by BCSO on two counts of failure to appear.

Friday, March 25

1:59 p.m. Cindy Sue McClaskey, 37, Avoca, was arrested by Rogers police and booked into the Benton County Jail for arson, disorderly conduct and public intoxication.

Sunday, March 27

1:06 p.m. John Curtis Gregory, 30, Garfield, was arrested by Pea Ridge police for driving while license cancelled, suspended or revoked and forgery in the first degree.

Monday, March 28

3:15 p.m. Robert Shawn Spencer, 32, Bentonville, was arrested by Little Flock Police for breaking or entering.

8:35 p.m. Brian John White, 38, Pea Ridge, was arrested by BCSO for paroleviolation and possession of synthetic marijauna. He was being held Tuesdsay with no bond set.

Tuesday, March 29

2:54 p.m. Christy Marie Carr, 28, Garfield, was arrested by BCSO for permitting abuse of minor.

5:26 p.m. Scott Jefferson Richey-Fox, 48, Little Flock, was arrested by BCSO for exposing another person to human immunodeficiency virus.

6:19 p.m. Tony Lee Millar, 30, Pea Ridge, was arrested by Pea Ridge Police for failure to appear and contempt.

7:02 p.m. Joshua David Holston, 33, Gravette, was arrested by Gravette Police for failure to appear, Little Flock City Court, driving while intoxicated and driving while license cancelled, suspended or revoked.

Wednesday, March 30

3:27 p.m. John Franklin Greenwell, 20, Pea Ridge, was arrested by Bentonville Police for two counts of failure to appear.

5:42 p.m. Jacob Tyler Sharp, 18, Pea Ridge, was arrested by Centerton Police for harassing communications and terroristic threatening in the second degree.

7:44 p.m. Richard Leland Harrison, 41, Garfield, was arrested by BCSO for two counts of violation of the Arkansas hot check law and failure to appear.

8:41 p.m. Christina Louise Harrison, 33, Garfield, was arrested by BCSO for driving while license suspended, false evidence of title or registration, improper use of

evidences of registration, revoke of sus

pended sentence or probation, and theft

by receiving.

Thursday, March 31

10:03 a.m. Luis Alberto Jimenez, 29,

Garfield, was arrested by BCSO for three

counts of violation of the Arkansas hot

check law.

Sunday, April 3

4:15 a.m. Pabiola Bautista, 24, Rogers,

was booked into the Benton County Jail

by BCSO on warrants from Pea Ridge, con

tempt, failure to pay fines and costs, and

Rogers, civil contempt.

Wednesday, April 6

12:56 p.m. Tracy Joann McCoy, 31,

Seligman, was arrested by BCSO on five

counts of misdemeanor failure to appear

and one count of felony failure to appear.

1:34 p.m. Chelsea Nicole Brown, 25,

Bentonville, was arrested by Little Flock

Police for misdemeanor failure to appear.

5:48 p.m. Jesse Ritter, 42, Seligman,

was arrested by BCSO for contempt.

10:43 p.m. Michael Eric Andreasen,

44, Garfield, was arrested by BCSO for

distributing, possessing or viewing matter

depicting sexually explicit content.
