Incidents reported to the Pea Ridge Police Department this week include: Tuesday, Sept. 21

2 p.m. An individual came to the police station to report that his 17-yearold nephew had left the high school with a school staff member.The boy was later located at the school and the staff member questioned.The incident is still under investigation.

5:34 p.m. Police were notified by Little Flock police that a silver Kia was northbound into the city involved in a pursuit. Pea Ridge police sighted the vehicle and attempted to make contact with the driver who turned into the parking lot of Westside Baptist Church on Weston Street.The driver accelerated and struck the police car before fleeing. Police received a call from a citizen about the vehicle being sighted on McRae Lane, where it was abandoned and the driver fled on foot.

Several area law enforcement agencies were involved in the search, which was called off at 11:30 p.m. See pg. 4B for the full story.

Wednesday, Sept. 22

2:55 p.m. Received a report from an insurance adjuster for Liberty Bank that an an air conditioner unit had been stolen from unoccupied house on Blair Circle.

9:30 p.m. Siloam Springs police notified Pea Ridge police that they had a person in custody who had an outstanding Pea Ridge warrant.Vicky Boyd, 32, Pea Ridge, was arrested for contempt failure to pay fines and costs.

Saturday, Sept. 25

8 p.m. A resident on John Montgomery Circle reported that the boyfriend of his ex-wife was making threatening and harrassing phone calls to him.The incident is under investigation.

Monday, Sept. 27

2:30 p.m.White at City Hall, Cheryl Mueller, 55, Pea Ridge, was arrested for public intoxication.

4:30 p.m. Jason Morton, 30, Rogers, an employee of O’Reilly Auto Parts was arrested for theft after police investigated after being notified by a member of loss prevention.

8:40 p.m. A resident on W. Pickens Road reported fraud.

Monday, Sept. 20

Richard Allen Terry, 40, Seligman, Mo., was arrested for three counts of contempt. Tuesday, Sept. 21

Wesley Bryan-Andrew Jones, 33, Pea Ridge, was arrested for battery in the third degree.. Wednesday, Sept. 22

Jordan Gail Fetherolf, 19, Bella Vista, was arrested for hindering apprehension or prosecution, a felony.

Rickey Dale Robinson, 19, Garfield, was arrested for two counts of failure to appear. He was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail in lieu of a $2,170 bond. Thursday, Sept. 23

Justin Stephen Ferris, 22, Gateway, was arrested for possession with intent to deliver a counterfeit substance.

Sunday, Sept. 26

Nancy Kay Resendiz, 35, Garfield, was arrested for forgery in the second degree.

She was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Monday, Sept. 27

David Wilton Ford, 30, Garfield, was arrested Monday for manufacturing a controlled substance schedule I, II. He was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
