Name: Francis J. Hart

Age: 89

Residency: 390 Ryan Rd., Pea Ridge; moved to Pea Ridge 1987 from Denver, Colo.

Family: Divorced; three children; one grandchild.

Employment: Retired from military - U.S Air Force. I hold a permanent commission until I die or commit a felony. I was chief of the quality assurance program on the Titan missiles, Lockheed Martin, Littleton, Colo. and retired from that.

Education: Foreman High School, Chicago, Illinois; a number of times to college, but no degree per se. Completed advanced management course at the graduate school at University of Pittsburg, a special advanced management for military. Took several different classes at Utah State and one at University of Maryland; one when in Europe; and the last one was the University of Denver in airport management.

Military Experience: Joined the U.S. Air Force in 1941, 20 days after Pearl Harbor (2 days after Christmas). Served for 27 1/2 years. Retired in 1967; was a lieutenant colonel on active duty until retired. I flew with the 8th Air Force in B17s out of England. I was shot down on my last required mission (my 29th) and spent a year as prisoner of war in Germany. I have a few medals, honors, three or four clusters. I received two commendations. I spent six years as test pilot - at one time, I was one of only 20 pilots in world who had flown an airplane with six engines.

Political Experience: City Coucil member in Pea Ridge in 1988-89 or 1989-90 for two terms and made an unsuccessful bid for mayor in 1990 and 1994. None prior to moving to Pea Ridge.

Family: Married to ToniWright Webb and have two grown children.

Employment: Fayetteville Auto Park, as sales consultant about 1 1/2 years. I’ve been selling cars over 25 years; spent 17 years with George Nunnally and six years on my own - Rick Webb Auto Sales & Razorback Auto Sales.

Education: Graduated Pea Ridge High School 1975.

Residency: 402 Greene St., Pea Ridge, lived here21 years; moved here from Rogers, Ark., grew up in Cassville, Mo.

Family: Charlotte McNiel, no children, two stepgrandchildren and four step-grandchildren.

Employment: ironworker; currently temporarily working at Pre-Form Lines.

Education: Finished the 11th grade from Cassville, Mo., and entered the Navy.

Military Experience: U.S. Navy, 1980-1984 as E2, machinist mate/repairman.

Political Experience: ran for City Council last election.
