Incidents reported this week to the Pea Ridge Police Department include:

◊9/14 Jeremy Hardbarger, 31, Pea Ridge, failure to appear.

Other incidents include: Monday, Sept. 13

9 a.m. A 16-year-old male reported finding a credit card in his yard and returned it to the owner.The incident was reported for informational purposes only, according to the police report.

10:08 a.m. As a result of a traffic stop on North Harvey Wakefield, arrested Miles Richardson, 24, Fayetteville, on a contempt warrant from Benton County and a felony military desertion.

5:09 p.m. A resident on Washburn Street reported a juvenile male out of control.When police arrived, they found the male walking away from the residence and arrested the 16-year-old for misdemeanor third degree battery and transported him to the Benton County Juvenile Detention Center.

5:30 p.m. A resident of John W.

Montgomery Circle reported a disturbance between two 13-year-old males in which one shot the other with an air soft rifle.The weapons were confiscated by police due to the fact they had been modified and the orange indicator had been painted over.There were no arrests made.

Tuesday, Sept. 14

7:32 a.m. Assisted Little Flock Police with an incident in which several vehicles were broken into and items stolen. A 16-year-old male from Pea Ridge was arrested by Little Flock police.

1 p.m. Arrested Randy Moncibaiz, 34, Rogers, for contempt of court while at court.

Thursday, Sept. 16

7:20 a.m. After talking to the homeowner at a residence on McCulloch Street about dogs running at large, arrested Courtnie Bartholomew, 32, Pea Ridge, on outstanding warrants from Benton County Sheriff’s Office and cited her for dogs at large. She was transported to the BCSO Jail.

Friday, Sept. 17

10:15 a.m. Received a report from Pea Ridge Middle School that three juveniles reported a white male in a white van had approached them at the corner of Davis and Pickens streets after the junior high ballgame Thursday night and attempted to make contact with them.The incident is under investigation.

3 p.m. Received a report of a possible disturbance involving a female with a gun in the area of Brooks Circle.

Police made contact with a husband and wife who admitted to having a verbal disturbance. A search of the residence was made and no weapon was found.There were no arrests made.

4:55 p.m. A two-vehicle accident in the Arvest Bank parking lot was reported between Stacey Edwards, 39, Bella Vista, and Kenneth Duncan, no further information available.

4:50 p.m. A 16-year-old male resident on John W. Montgomery Circle reported harassing communications and said he had broken up with his girlfriend that day and began receiving harassing telephone calls.The incident is under investigation.

Saturday, Sept. 18

11 a.m. A two-vehicle accident at the Pea Ridge football field involving Susan Dart, Rogers, who reported running into a parked vehicle owned by Michael Snarr, Pea Ridge.

5:30 p.m. A resident from Lee Town Drive reported a Weatherby .300 magnum bolt-action rifle with a scope had been taken sometime in the past six months.There did not appear to be forced entry.

Sunday, Sept. 19

11:30 a.m. Requested to assist Benton County Sheriff’s deputies with a traffic stop at East Pickens and Patterson roads.

Monday, Sept. 20

7:30 p.m. Requested to assist BCSO on a report of a possible burglary in progress on Mariano Road with the suspect’s vehicle heading east on Arkansas Highway 72 into town.The vehicle was stopped, suspects detained and turned over to BCSO deputies.

Tuesday, Sept. 14

Miles Alexander Richardson, 24, of 1551 Stadium Ave., Decatur, was arrested for military desertion. He was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Roger Rusher, 34, of 16832 Green Ridge Rd., Garfield, was arrested for a custody hearing. He was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Tim Wood reported a theft on Missouri State Line Road.

Wednesday, Sept. 15

Anthony Rice reported a theft at 21540 Oak Ridge Rd.

Friday, Sept. 17

Kyler Shane Snoderly, 27, of 15077 Markley Lane, Garfield, was arrested on a body attachment warrant. He was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
