Patricia Nadine Polly

Patricia Nadine Polly, 76, of Rogers died Friday, Sept.

10, at Northwest Medical Center in Bentonville.

She was born July 4, 1934, in Redwood Falls, Minn., to Theodore and Goldie (Holland) Castle.

She was a loving wife and mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who enjoyed her roses and fishing.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Bobby Castle and Teddy Castle; and four sisters, Irene Ayers, Val Denton, Ila Sagley and Margaret Shook.

Survivors include her husband of 31 years, Bill Ransdall; three sons, Patrick Lee Fields and his wife, Sammi, of Norman, Okla., John M. Walters and his wife, Becky, of Cherokee Village, and James V. Fields and his wife, Pamela, of Kensett; one daughter, Terri L. Howie of Helena-West Helena;

two brothers, Jim Castle and Ron Castle, both of Wichita, Kan.; three sisters, Bonnie Ellington of Garfield, Jean Lechener of Garden City, Calif., and Jo Ann Schlemer of St. Paul, Minn.; nine grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.

A memorial service was held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 14, at the Garfield Baptist Church.

Cremation arrangements made under the direction of Rollins Funeral Home in Rogers.

Daniel A. Shipley

Daniel A. Shipley, 72, of Garfield died Thursday, Sept. 9. He was born Oct.

21, 1937, in Rockford, Ill., to Herbert John and Gladys Jones Shipley.

He worked for Tyson for many years and was a member of In Time Harvest Church.

Survivors include his wife, Loretta; three sons, Jerry Gaither, Tony Gaither and Daniel Shipley Jr.; a daughter, Jodie Shipley;

three sisters; and five grandchildren.

Services were at 11 a.m.

Tuesday, Sept. 14, at Fayetteville National Cemetery.

Arrangements are by Benton County Funeral Home of Rogers.
