10:30 a.m. Arrested Jason Wilson, 20, Rogers, on an outstanding warrant from Rogers after checking on suspicious activity behind the McDonald’s restaurant.

Friday, Sept. 3

6:20 a.m. Arrested Michael Huston, 32, Garfield, for public intoxication after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle with lights on and vehicle running for several hours behind apartments on Wade Lane.The vehicle was towed.

Saturday, Sept. 5

7:40 p.m. A two-vehicle accident in the parking lot at 150 S. Curtis Ave. between Jonathan Simpson, 23, Pineville, Mo., and Rachel Snoderly, 21, Pineville, Mo.
