The Arkansas Supreme Court unanimously upheld the death sentence Thursday after rejecting Rogers resident Brandon Eugene Lacy’s arguments of a lack of evidence to justify his conviction on capital murder and aggravated robbery charges in the fatal stabbing of Garfield resident Randy Walker.
