— Attention Parents:

There are still have 60 seventh-graders who have not gotten the T-dap shot.

This is a required state law that all seventh-grade students have a current T-dap (with in the past two years). The Benton County Health Dept has moved into the old St Mary’s Hospital, on the second floor. The new phone number is 986-1300.

If you have a seventh-grade student who needs to get the T-dap, checking them out from school will be considered an excused absence. This is very important. If you have taken your child for this immunization please get a copy of your shot record to the school.
