Three warrants served:

◊10/12 Travis Wiltgen, 24, Pea Ridge, probabion violation;

◊10/13 John Provost, 41, Garfield, theft of services; and

◊10/17 David Barfield, 19, Pea Ridge, contempt failure to pay fines and costs.

Other incidents include: Monday, Oct. 11

4:45 p.m. A student from Pea Ridge Middle School reported that a Samsung cell phone had been taken sometime from 7 a.m. to noon from her back pack which was left in the school gym while she was in practice at the high school.

5 p.m. A resident on Hayden Road reported that someone had “hacked” into the computer and left inappropriate messages on his step-daughter’s Facebook and My Space accounts using her identification.

Wednesday, Oct. 13

2 p.m. A resident on Woods Street called regarding a civil matter between a tenant and landlord.

2 p.m.While at the Woods Street residence on the previous incident, cited Charles Taylor, 48, Pea Ridge, for a failure to appear warrant from Alma.

Thursday, Oct. 14

3:15 p.m. A two-vehicle accident at the Pea Ridge High School football field between Christopher Roughton, 15, Pea Ridge, and Anthony Reed, 17, Pea Ridge.

Friday, Oct. 15

4:24 p.m. A two-vehicle accident on North Curtis Avenue in the area of Sonic and Fred’s between Larry Miser, 64, Pea Ridge, and Jill Renkoski, 28, Greenfield, Mo.

10:21 p.m. Responded to a physical disturbance between two males in the area of North Davis Street and McIntosh Street. Neither party wished to press charges.

Saturday, Oct. 16

11:45 a.m. As a result of a traffic stop on Pickens Road at Charles Street, arrested Ian Parton, 24, Fayetteville, for DWI II and reckless driving. He was taken to the Benton County Jail.

Kevin Alan Roberts, 45, Garfield, was arrested on a body attachment warrant.

Tuesday, Oct. 12

Travis Allen Wiltgen, 24, Pea Ridge, was arrested for revoke of suspended sentence or probation.

Wednesday, Oct. 13

David Shane Nelson, 34, Pea Ridge,was arrested for felony failure to appear Saturday, Oct. 17

David Barfield, 19, Pea Ridge, was arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance and four counts of misdemeanor contempt and one count of misdemeanor failure to appear. Barfield was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail in lieu of a $5,405 bond.
