PEA RIDGE — Flu Shot Clinic will be from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 10, at the Primary School Gym.
The shots will be given to students only; injections can not be provided to any other family member.
Packets of information will be sent home along with permission forms as soon as they are received from the Health Department.
Volunteers are needed to help with the flu shot clinic. Nurses are needed to give shots and volunteers to help with paperwork, escorting students and assisting the nurses.
To volunteer, call any school office.
