◊11/19 Clifford Patterson, 32, Cassville, Mo., failure to appear; and

◊11/19 Claude Loggins, 59, Pea Ridge, failure to appear.

6:28 p.m. A resident of Spruce Street came reported criminal mischief involving the filling of the radiator of her 2002 Mitsubishi with mud.

Wednesday, Nov. 17

3:38 p.m. A report of a domestic disturbance at a residence on Park Circle resulted in a 15-year-old male being cited for assault on a household member and terroristic threatening.

Friday, Nov. 19

10 a.m. A cell phone was reported stolen from EZ Mart by a customer who had left the phone on the counter.The incident is under investigation.

Saturday, Nov. 20

2:30 a.m. Checking a parked car at the Pea Ridge Cemetery, police arrested Ana Estevez, 20, Rogers, for a Pea Ridge warrant and warrants out of Rogers and William Ratliff, 21, Rogers, on outstanding warrants from the Benton County Sheriff’s Office.

2:30 p.m. Child abuse was reported by a resident of Hays Street who believed his two grandchildren - 6- and 7-yearold boys - were being abused. The investigation revealed the incident took place in Bella Vista. Bella Vista Police and the Child Abuse hotline were notified.

BENTON COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICEMonday, Nov. 15

William Noble Stephens Bruce Jr., 53, Pea Ridge, was arrested by BCSO for manufacturing a controlled substance. He was being held in the Benton County Jail Monday with no bond set.

Brian James Reynolds, 28, Huntsville, was arrested for failure to appear by Little Flock police.

Seth T. Mahoney, 27, Pea Ridge, was arrested by BCSO for possession of a controlled substance, felony. He was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Thursday, Nov. 18

Adan Perez Beltran, 30, Garfield, was arrested by Rogers Police for failure to appear. He was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Christopher Dean Cobb, 27, Garfield, was arrested by Rogers Police for two counts of contempt, felony failure to register as a sex offender and felony parole violation. He was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail in lieu of a $26,000 bond.

Friday, Nov. 19

Josiah Treston Cochran, 18, Little Flock, was arrested by BCSO for felony commercial burglary. He was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Saturday, Nov. 20

Carl Arthur Rundle, 20, Bentonville, was arrested by Little Flock Police for third-degree assault on a family or household member.
