— Incidents reported to the Pea Ridge Police Department this week include:

One warrant served:

◊11/9 Clifford Mack, 21, Rogers, contempt failure to pay fines and costs.

Other incidents include: Tuesday, Nov. 9

10 a.m. A resident on McRae Lane reported a disturbance. Police took statements; no arrests were made.

4 p.m. Police assisted the Arkansas State Police Crimes Against Children division with a report received of possible abuse of a 7-year-old boy reported by school officials.

4:30 p.m. Two dogs were picked up and taken to the Pea Ridge Veterinary Clinic and the owner was cited as the result of an investigation resulting from a complaint. Robert Peck, 23, was cited for unhealthy conditions for the dogs and unsanitary conditions on the outside of the residence on Smith Street.

Thursday, Nov. 11

2:30 p.m. A property owner of prop erty on West Pickens Street reported copper pipe had been taken from his unoccupied building. Water lines and air conditioner parts were missing.

4:11 p.m. Assisted Benton County Sheriff’s deputies at a residence on Patterson Road in reference to a disturbance in which a 39-year-old male, physically resisted arrest, was arrested Friday, Nov. 12

8:55 p.m. Assisted Juvenile Probation officers at a residence on Patterson Road in transporting a 13-year-old male to the Benton County Juvenile Detention Center.

Saturday, Nov. 13

3:30 p.m. Arrested three people after a traffic stop on Ryan Road. Arrested were Justin Phillips, 22, Rogers, for driving without a driver’s license;

intoxication; and Amanda Blake, 25, Rogers, for obstructing governmental operations as well as on outstanding warrants from Rogers, Logan County and Sebastian County.

3:25 p.m. After responding to a report of a domestic disturbance on Hickory Street, arrested John Fuller, 47, Pea Ridge, for domestic battery and felony terroristic threatening, and Laura Osmer-Bullock, 49, Pea Ridge, for domestic battery and felony terroristic threatening.

Monday, Nov. 16

9:08 p.m. A school official at Pea Ridge School administration office reported fraudulent use of a school credit card. The incident is under investigation.

3:08 p.m. A resident on S. Curtis Avenue reported fraudulent use of credit cards.The incident is under investigation.

BENTON COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICEMonday, Nov. 8

Emily Anne Warren, 19, of Garfield, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.

Tuesday, Nov. 9

John Christopher Nichols, 34, of Avoca, was arrested for third degree assault on a family or household member.

Kristina Joanna Reyes, 29, of Garfield, was arrested for violation of the Arkansas Hot Check Law and contempt.

Christina Foster, 31, of Pea Ridge was arrested Wednesday for violation of the Arkansas Hot Check Law.

Friday, Nov. 12

Russell W. Bartholomew, 70, ofGarfield, was arrested for two counts of failure to appear.

Edward Allen Wright, 50 of Garfield, was arrested for failure to appear. He was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail in lieu of a $1,000 bond.

Saturday, Nov. 13

Harvey Downs III, 21, of Pea Ridge, was arrested for contempt. He was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail in lieu of a $350 bond.

Brian Douglas Carr, 40, of Little Flock, was arrested for violation of a protection order. He was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail in lieu of a $1,500 bond.
