Elizabeth A. Bone

Elizabeth A. Bone, 68, of Cassville, Mo., died Friday, May 14, at her home. Shewas born Sept. 22, 1941, in Temple, Okla.

On July 26, 1973, she was united in marriage to Robert“Red” Bone. She was a business owner most of her life, owning various businesses in Arkansas and Missouri.

She was preceded in death by her father; one brother, Delbert “Butch” Dudley; and an infant granddaughter, Kaitlyn Nicole Breslau.

Survivors include her husband; four children, Jay Breslau and his wife, Kerri, of Fayetteville, Kelly Breslau and her partner, Leslie, of Rogers, Ann Peckand her husband, David, of Springfield, Mo., and Gregory Bone and his wife, Billye, of Bentonville;

her mother, Aleta Scott of Springdale; a sister, Nancy Henderson of Rogers; a brother, James “Bo” Dudley and his wife, Sally, of Springdale; and two grandchildren, Jake and Jessica Breslau of Fayetteville.

Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 19, in Spring Creek Cemetery, 8762 E.

Wagon Wheel Rd., Springdale, AR 72762, under direction of Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville, Mo.

Viva Marie Pratt

Viva Marie Pratt, 91, of Springdale, died May 14, at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville.

She was born Nov. 16, 1918, in Chimes, Ark., the daughter of Robert and Mary Coleman Emerson.

She attended Springdale Seventh-day Adventist Church and was a pastry cook at Springdale Memorial Hospital. She enjoyed quilting and being with all of her family.

She was preceded by her husband, Earl Pratt, in 2004, and a brother, Alton Emerson.

Survivors include two sons, Bob Pratt and Kathy of Pea Ridge and Jerry Pratt and Vangie of Springdale;

two daughters, Betty Taylor and J.W. of Springdale and Judy Berry and Richard of Huntsville; one sister, Alma Barnes of Springdale; 17 grandchildren; and 31 greatgrandchildren.

Visitation was from 6 to p.m. Monday, May 17, at the funeral home.

Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 18, at Springdale Seventh-day Adventist Church, with burial in Friendship Cemetery under the direction Memorial Funeral Home.

Pallbearers were David Peoples, Travis Berry, Adam Pratt, Bobby Brainard, Aaron Pratt and Wesley Taylor.

Honorary pallbearers were Jeffrey Pratt, Roger Martin, Courtney Young, Channon Berry, Corey Taylor, Kevin Taylor, Scott Nolting and Trae Logsdon.

Joe Anthony Sartino

Joe Anthony Sartino, 76, of Garfield died Sunday, May 9, at Circle of Life inBentonville after a long bout with cancer. He was born April 19, 1934, in Birmingham, Ala., to Pete andCary (Mangina) Sartino.

He was a graduate of Hewitt High School in Trussville, Ala. As a member of the United States Air Force, he had four years of service, was a veteran of the Korean War and his last duty assignment was with the 739th AC&W, Wadena, Minn. He worked as an air route traffic controller, FAA, in Memphis, Tenn., retiring in 1985.

He was a member of VFW post 3031 Honor Team, Rogers, and an usher at St. Edward’s Catholic Church in Cassville, Mo.

He was preceded in death by his parents andsiblings, Carrie (Williamson), Vincent and Josephine Sartino.

Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Alyce Jane (Burrows); siblings, Rosalie and Luke of Birmingham, Ala.; sons, Joe K. Sartino, of Smyrna, Tenn., Peter E. Sartino, of Alexandria, Va., Thomas J. Sartino, of Nesbit, Miss.;

and five grandchildren, Ashley, Nick, Thomas, Jake and Logan.

At Joe Sartino’s request, his body was donated to science to the Genesis Donor Program in Memphis, Tenn.

A memorial service was held at 10 a.m. Friday, May 14, at St. Edward’s Catholic Church in Cassville, Mo.
