◊5/11 Ricky D. Slinker, 23, Seligman, Mo., failure to appear;

◊5/14 Jon Logan, 22, Pea Ridge, contempt failure to pay fines and costs;

◊5/14 James Hiatt, 42, Bentonville, failure to appear;

◊5/15 Jackson Abercrombie, 21, Pea Ridge, criminal mischief; and

◊5/16 Travis White, 35, Pea Ridge, contempt failure to pay fines and costs.

Wednesday, May 12

11:07 p.m. A resident on Charles Street reported a suspicious person after a black male came to his door looking for someone.The investigation led to the arrest of Xavier Taylor, 18, black male, Cave Springs, for possession of a controlled substance and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and a 16-year-old white male, Cave Springs, for curfew violation.

Thursday, May 13

3:15 a.m. As the result of an investigation of a white male walking near the Fred’s Store, police arrested Clifford Mack,21, Rogers, for public intoxication.

1:50 p.m. A two-vehicle accident in the parking lot of the Pea Ridge Middle School,Weston Street, involving Lindsey Myers, Fayetteville, and Evelyn Villareal Lechuga, Joplin, Mo.

3:40 p.m. As the result of investigating a disturbance at an apartment on King Lane, arrested Travis Anderson, 25, Pea Ridge, on an outstanding Bentonville warrant.

9 p.m. As the result of a traffic stop on South Curtis Avenue, arrested Kory Brinker-Smith, 18, Rogers, for obstructing governmental operations and cited him for no driver’s license and no insurance.

Friday, May 14

1:30 a.m. A traffic stop near Pickens Place apartments resulted in the arrest of the passenger, Bobby Deshields, 44, Rogers, on warrants from Benton County Sheriff’s Office and Rogers Police Department.

Sunday, May 16

12:18 a.m. A traffic stop on Ryan Road resulted in the arrest of Ricky Niebuhr, 37, Rogers, for DWI and possession of a controlled substance.

Monday, May 10

April Renee Heckathorn, 26, of 32113 Missouri 112 in Seligman, Mo., was arrested in connection with felony failure to appear dating back to Nov. 15, 2005.

Tuesday, May 11

Dave Moss, calling from Seligman, Mo., reported his vehicle was stolen from the side of U.S.

Highway 62 in Benton County.

Wednesday, May 12

Cody Wayne Olguin, 21, 1285 Weston St., Pea Ridge, was arrested in connection with possession of a controlled substance and delivery of a controlled substance. Olguin was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Thursday, May 13

Diane Sennet reported a burglary and the theft of jewelry and money at 17599 White Oak Ridge Road north of Pea Ridge.
