Other incidents include: Tuesday, March 23

4 p.m. Assisting Benton County Sheriff’s Office in pursuit of a white Pontiac possibly enroute to Pea Ridge area. Driver was reported to have either struck or attempted to strike a McDonald County deputy’s vehicle.

The car was sighted southbound on North Arkansas Highway 94, pursuit ensued and culminated on Arkansas Highway 265 North with a wreck. One person was taken into custody for questioning.

8:55 p.m. A criminal mischief at the apartments at Kings Lane in which it was reported that a 5-year-old boy had climbed onto a car and damaged it.

10:30 p.m. As the result of a traffic stop on Charles Street and Arkansas Highway 94, arrested Jana Kessler, 54, Springdale, for DWI II.

Friday, March 26

12:11 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop on Slack Street at Dollar General, arrested Michael Bidwell, 48, Pea Ridge, for DWI.

10:37 p.m. A one-vehicle accidenton South Curtis Avenue and Sugar Creek in which a vehicle driven by Scotty Chamberlain, 37, Springdale, was reported to have left the roadway and struck a sign.

Saturday, March 27

10:11 p.m. A report of a physical disturbance at a residence on Hickory Street. Arrested Steven Reed, 26, Bella Vista, for parole violation and on warrants from Little Flock, Springdale, Rogers and Yell County.

Sunday, March 28

2:20 a.m. A resident on Lee Town Road reported a person banging on their house trying to get in.Tyler Willcuts, 23, Pea Ridge, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.

4:25 p.m. A one-vehicle accident in which a vehicle driven by Samuel Khoury, 67,Van Buren, hit a deer at West Pickens and Greene streets.

Monday, March 29

4:06 a.m. A disturbance was reported by residents of an apartment on Kings Lane. Joseph Boggs, 41, of Pea Ridge, was arrested for terroristic threatening.

4:30 p.m. A one-vehicle accident on North Curtis Avenue involving a semitruck owned by Fred’s Stores which hit and damaged a street sign.The truck was driven by Donald Nichols, 56, of Senatobia, Miss.

BENTON COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE Wednesday, March 24

Heather Brewer, 132 N. Curtis Ave. in Pea Ridge, reported Sunday someone had been using her bank card from a Pea Ridge bank.

Ron Scheile, 1428 Kay Lyn Drive in Pea Ridge, reported Sunday someone had used his checking account and made some credit cards that are not his at a Pea Ridge bank.

Jessicah J. Hudson-Tate, 29, of Cassville, Mo., was arrested Thursday, March 25, in connection with failure to appear and revocation of suspended sentence or probation.
