PEA RIDGE — Kip Kelly, Pea Ridge High School senior, was named one of 10 players to the All-Northwest Arkansas small schools boys basketball team. Kelly, a 6’6” forward, showed his versatility this season, moving everywhere from down low to a point-forward position for the Blackhawks. He averaged 16.3 points, eight rebounds and 5.5 assists per game for PeaRidge, which finished 18-11.
