GARFIELD — Taped to the door of the building owned by VAS was a notice entitled “Notice of unlawful detainer” addressed to VAS Ambulance Service Corporationfrom Jay A. Edwards, an attorney with Watkins, Boyer, Gray, Edwards & Noblin, PLLC, Rogers.
The notice states: “You are hereby notified to quit and deliver to Richard Hur, on or beforethe March 16, 2010, the property and premises occupied by you which is unlawfully being held by you due to your breach of the agreement with the owenr. You will take notice that upon your failureto vacate the property on or before March 16, 2010, you will be ejected according to law. Legal costs incurred may be charged against you by the Court.”
It was dated March 11, 2010.
