Two warrants served:

◊3/16 Keith Wiltgen, 27, Pea Ridge, criminal mischief; and

◊3/18 James L. Martin, 23, Prairie Grove, contempt failure to pay fines and costs.

Other incidents include: Tuesday, March 16

2:20 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop at Pickens and Curtis, arrested Dwayne Sutherland, 37, Pea Ridge, for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

4 p.m. Received a report from a citizen regarding possible forgery of an income tax check.The incident is under investigation.

7:41 p.m. As a result of an investigation, arrested John Cody, 41, Pea Ridge, for DWI and refusal to submit.

Friday, March 19

8 a.m. A break-in and theft was reported at the concession stand at Pea Ridge Little League ball fields on Weston Street.

3:30 p.m. A resident on Hutchison Drive reported suspicious circumstances and criminal mischief.

3:45 p.m. Assisted the city building official at a residence on West Pickens Street in reference to zoning. Issued a citation to Daniel Fletcher, 41, Pea Ridge, for a violation of the zoning ordinance.

5 p.m. A resident on Charles Street reported that his dog had been killed by three dogs possibly belonging to the neighbors. After an investigation, a citation was issued to Laura Fralin, 21, Pea Ridge, for vicious dog under the city’s ordinance.

9:53 p.m.While at Dollar General store, arrested two persons Charles Clark, 45, Pea Ridge, and Darrell Waterman, 52, Pea Ridge, both for public intoxication.

Monday, March 22

5:52 p.m. Responding to a report of a disturbance, police were informed of an altercation and disturbance between two juvenile males, ages 11 and 13. No charges were filed.

Tuesday, March 23

12:15 a.m. As a result of a traffic stop on Wade Lane and South Curtis Avenue, police arrested Ashley Dover, 24, Centerton, for outstanding warrants from Rogers and transported her to Rogers police.

BENTON COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE Tuesday, March 16

Dwayne Allen Sutherland, 32, of 17310 Arkansas Highway 94 was arrested Tuesday, March 16, in connection with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia in the course or furtherance of a felony drug violation. Sutherland was being held Monday, March 22, in the Benton County Jail on a $25,000 bond.

Friday, March 19

Joshua Lee Oglesby, 36, of 13831 Elk Horn Road in Garfield was arrested Friday, March 19, in connection with one count of felony second-degree forgery. He was being held Monday, March 22, in the Benton County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bond awaiting trial April 26.
