◊Critical violations are defined as items that relate directly to factors that lead to food-borne illness, and must be corrected immediately.

◊Noncritical violations are defined as items that relate to maintenance of food operations and cleanliness.

Feb. 25

EZ Mart

137 S. Curtis Ave., Pea Ridge

Critical violations: Sausage and egg biscuits were only at 120 degrees. Keep hot food at 135 degrees or above.

Noncritical violations: Need a new thermometer in hot case. Replace popcorn door. It is broken and no longer easily cleanable. Replace weather stripping around back door.

White Oak Station

139 N. Curtis Ave., Pea Ridge

Critical violations: Hamburger was 131 degrees. Maintain hot food at 135 degrees or above.Time being used as a control at grab-and-go case. Foods exceeded the marked four-hour time.

Noncritical violations: Interior of hot chocolate machine needs to be cleaned.

Sonic of Pea Ridge

Noncritical violations: No faucet at three-compartment sink.
