5 p.m. Fraudulent use of a debit card reported by a resident on Ray Street.The incident is under investigation.

3:50 p.m. Dispatched to the Pea Ridge Middle School in reference to a disturbance involving a mother and her daughter. Upon checking the mother, Marian Lynch, 41, of Pea Ridge, discovered she had outstanding warrants from both Rogers and Springdale. She was arrested.

Wednesday, March 10

9:39 p.m. A tree limb fell on a 2004 Chevrolet Suburban which was traveling down Ryan Road.The vehicle, which belonged to Cassandra Judd of Rogers, was driven by Emily Judd, 16, of Rogers.

Friday, March 12

6 a.m. Received a report of an unattended death of a 64-year-old female at a residence on O.D. Bancroft Lane.

4 p.m. Parents of a 14-year-old girl went to the police station to report that on Tuesday, March 9, their daughter, a student at Pea Ridge Middle School, was cut with a sharp object by a 13-year-old male while in a classroom.The incident is under investigation.

Saturday, March 13

9:30 p.m. A resident on Hall Drive reported that her 16-year-old son had run away. He was entered into Arkansas Crime Information Center.

Sunday, March 14

4 p.m. Met a resident at the Blackhawk Grill to take a report of a criminal mischief that was reported to have occurred about midnight.The owner of a Chevrolet Monte Carlo reported that while at a residence on Washburn Drive, a fight broke out and a man jumped on the hood of the car and broke the windshield.The incident is under investigation.

Tuesday, March 9

David Wilton Ford, 29, of 214537 Redbud in Garfield was arrested Tuesday, March 9, in connection with manufacturing a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia in the course or furtherance of a felony drug violation. Ford was being held March 9 in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Wednesday, March 10

Troy Allen Lupica, 38, of 13872 “N” Road in Garfield was arrested Wednesday, March 10, in connection with felony manufacturing a controlled substance and misdemeanor driving while license canceled, suspended or revoked. Lupica was being held Monday, March 15, in the Benton County Jail on a $25,000.

Monday, March 15

Linda Louise Christensen, 51, of 711 Lee Town Road was arrested Monday, March 15, in connection with conspiracy to manufacture a controlled substance. Christensen was being held Tuesday, March 16, in the Benton CountyJail with no bond set.
