Incidents reported to the Pea Ridge Police Department this week include:

Five warrants served:

◊2/21 Dale Cooper, 51, Pea Ridge, contempt failure to pay fines and costs;

◊2/23 Jeffrey Phillips, 17, Rogers, contempt failure to pay fines and costs;

◊2/23 Debra King, 53, Pineville, Mo., theft of property;

◊2/23 Mickey Helen Munday, 55, Pineville, Mo., theft of property; and

◊2/25 Charles Hensley, 30, Carthage, Mo., contempt failure to pay fines and costs.

One agency assist:

◊2/25 Jason Seward, 23, Pea Ridge, on a Rogers warrant.

Other incidents include: Tuesday, Feb. 23

9 a.m. A theft at Pea Ridge High School of an iPod from a locker room; a 17-year-old male was cited into juvenile court for theft.

3:10 p.m. Parking lot accident at Pea Ridge Veterinary Clinic, Lee town Road, involving a hit and run and a 2008 Dodge pickup truck owned by Dr. Gary France reported struck.

11 p.m. A traffic stop at EZ Mart parking lot resulted in the arrest of Edward Morris, 54, Pea Ridge, for DWI.

Wednesday, Feb. 24

7:15 a.m. A resident on Washburn Street reported a vandalism involvinghis vehicle being egged.

5:43 p.m. A caller reported a possibly intoxicated driver on Hallack Lane.The vehicle was located and Jimmy Lothes, 32, Pea Ridge, was arrested for DWI, unauthorized use of a vehicle and charged with a white warrant from Benton County Probation Office.

Thursday, Feb. 25

1:30 p.m. As a result of making contact with two individuals walking on South Curtis Avenue, charged Melissa Sanders, 32, Pea Ridge, with possession of an instrument of crime.

9:36 p.m. Met with Rogers police and served a Pea Ridge warrant on Jack O’Brien, 26, Rogers, for contempt failure to pay fines and costs.

Saturday, Feb. 27

12:59 p.m. A two-vehicle accident at North Arkansas Highway 94 and South Harvey Wakefield involving Kira Cloer, 15, Pea Ridge, and Kordell McNabb, 15, Garfield. Cloer was cited for leaving the scene of an accident and no driver’s license.

Sunday, Feb. 28

12:47 a.m. A juvenile fled on foot when police attempted to check him for curfew violation.The 15-year-old white male was apprehended, arrested and transported to the Benton County Juvenile Detention Center. He was charged with fleeing and resisting arrest.
