Elementary selected as a ‘Just for the Kids Higher Performing School

— Pea Ridge Elementary has been selected by the National Center for Educational Achievement (NCEA) as a Just for the Kids Higher Performing School in Arkansas in the area of mathematics.

NCEA is a non-profit, non-partisan organization whose mission is to raise academic expectations and promote successful educator practices to help more kindergarten through12th-grade students reach College and Career Readiness (CCR). NCEA’s Just for Kids Campaign was initiated over 10 years ago to recognize and share insights from higher performing schools. Just for the Kids Campaign higher Performing School selections are made based on CCR performance targets established by NCEA using state test data and ACT CCR benchmarks.
