— The Northeast Benton County Volunteer Fire Department held an open house at the new Fire Station 2 Saturday.

The new station is located just west of Arkansas Highway 127 and Posy Mountain Drive in Garfield.

Many home and property owners served by NEBCO came through the open house to not only see the new facility and enjoy a free lunch, but to learn more about the day-to-day operation of NEBCO’s fire and ambulance operations.
