Race of Faith challenges cowboys

— A Race of Faith Cowboy Challenge benefiting Special Olympics is set for July 24-25 on the McKinney farm, 1735 Clark St., Pea Ridge. Events are scheduled to begin at 9 a.m.

The cost is $50 for preregistration and $75 the day of the event. Admission fee at the gate is a donation to Special Olympics.

The cowboy challenge is an obstacle course event that horse and rider maneuver through together while being judged on time and accuracy.

Special Olympics Arkansas is a non-profit organization that provides Olympicstyle sports training and competition for individuals with intellectual disabilities completely free of charge to them or their families.
