Incidents reported this week to the Pea Ridge Police Department include:

Two warrants served:

◊6/7 Johnny Nichols Jr. 40, Rogers, for failure to appear; and

◊6/12 Joseph Rustin, 29, Rogers, for contempt failure to pay fines and costs.

Other incidents include: Monday, June 7

5 p.m. A resident on South Curtis Avenue reported a 78-year-old female missing. She was found the following morning and returned home safely.

11:35 p.m. A traffic stop on It’ll Do Road at Benton County 40 resulted in the arrest of the passenger, Dwayne Sutherland, 37, Pea Ridge, for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

8 a.m. A resident on John Montgomery Circle reported a theft from an unlocked parked pickup truck of a CD player.

Saturday, June 5

10 a.m. a resident Spruce Street reported criminal mischief in which someone apparently broke eggs on a vehicle and spilled syrup and ketchup on the driveway.

Wednesday, June 9

8 a.m. A resident on Hazelton Roadreported that diesel fuel had been siphoned from a tractor.

12 p.m. A resident on John Montgomery Circle reported that a GPS had been stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked at the residence.

1:30 p.m. During an investigation of a residence on Todd Circle arrested Joshua Courtney, 27, Pea Ridge, on outstanding warrants from Rogers Police and James Curan, 27, Pea Ridge, on Benton County Sheriff’s Office warrants.

Tuesday, June 8

Travis White, 36, Pea Ridge, and John Logan, 22, Pea Ridge, were arrested while at court on contempt of court charges.

Wednesday, June 9

3:30 p.m. A one-vehicle accident was reported involving a box truck driven by Leonard Krisell, 61, Dover, Ark., hitting the awning at Sonic.

10:14 p.m. A traffic stop on North Curtis Avenue resulted in the arrest of the driver, Melissa Lacy, 27, Garfield, for DWI, refusal to submit, obstructing governmental operations and driving on a suspended driver’s license.

Sunday, June 13

12:23 a.m. During an investigation at apartments on Wade Lane, arrested Ronald Shelton, 28, Pea Ridge, for public intoxication.
