LITTLE ROCK — Students new to the Pea Ridge School District may begin enrolling for the 2010-2011 school year on Monday, Aug. 2. Parents will need to provide proof of residency, updated immunization records, social security number and one of the following documents:

◊ Birth certificate

◊Statement by the local registrar or a county recorder certifying the child’s date of birth

◊Attested baptismal certificate

◊Passport

◊Affidavit of the date and place of birth by the child’sparent or guardian

◊United States Military identification

◊Previous school records
