First Baptist Church, Pea Ridge

The church is looking for Food Pantry volunteers. To help, leave a note on your welcome card or call the church.

The youth will depart Sunday, July 18, for a mission trip to Topeka, Kan.

First Baptist Church, Garfield

Missy’s Mission Cafe is open at 8:30 a.m. the first Sunday of each month for breakfast. Donations and all proceeds go to help the support for short-term mission trips to various locations.

Free Will Baptist Church, Pea Ridge

Vacation Bible School will be from 6:30 to 9 p.m.

July 19-21, studying Proverbs 30: 24-38 on “Wisdom from the Weak.” There will be classes for all ages with crafts, games and refreshments. Everyone is welcome.

New Life Church, Pea Ridge

Loaves n’ Fishes food pantry will be open from 9 to 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 20.

New Prospect Missionary Baptist Church, Garfield

Vacation Bible School: Sonquest Rainforest, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, July 26-30, for children 4-18. Activities will be held Saturday, July 31, and a closing program will be at 6 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 1. Messiah Lutheran, Pea Ridge

Messiah Lutheran Church Family Ministries is held from 6:15 to 7:15 p.m. Wednesdays. Sunday services each week begin with Sunday school, both children and adults at 9:30 a.m. Worship service is 10:30 a.m. Refreshments are served at 10 a.m. and after church. The church currently meets at the After School Day Care on Slack Street.

Mt. Vernon Presbyterian

The annual back to school event will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 1, at Lake Atalanta swimming pool. Grilled hot dogs, plates, utensils, napkins and drinks will be provided, bring side dishes and desserts to finish out the meal. We will eat at 5 p.m.
