Five warrants served:

◊6/29 Michelle Ferry, 19, Centerton, felony retaliation to a witness and misdemeanor terroristic threatening;

◊6/29 Claudie Helmick, 38, Garfield, failure to appear;

◊6/30 Gerald Scott, 20, Pea Ridge, failure to appear;

◊6/30 Curtis Abercrombie, 26, Pea Ridge, contempt failure to complete community service;

◊6/30 Paul Evens, 55, Hackett, failure to appear; and

◊7/2 Eva Musick, 32, Purdy, Mo., contempt failure to pay fines and costs.

Tuesday, June 29

5:17 a.m. A resident on Rains Street reported a verbal disturbance. Police found a white female and white male, both 39 years of age, in an altercation.

The male left the premises without incident.

Wednesday, June 30

6:42 p.m. A resident on Smith Street went to the Police Department to report harassing communications and terroristic threatening. As a result, the investigation led to arresting Kelly Morningstar, 29, Rogers, on a warrant for felony terroristic threatening and misdemeanor harassing communications.

Thursday, July 1

11:30 p.m. After approaching a white male riding a bicycle on Arkansas Highway 94 at the intersection with Benton County 40, police arrested Jason Jones, 21, of Pineville, Mo., on outstanding warrants from Rogers and Little Flock police.

12:15 p.m. Received a report from an employee at Acambaro’s Restaurant of someone illegally using the restaurant’s dumpster. Evidence was recovered and the incident is under investigation.

Friday, July 2

7 a.m. A resident on Charles Street reported criminal mischief involving someone writing on a vehicle with white glue.

Saturday, July 3

12:30 a.m. As a result of a traffic stop on Weston Street, arrested NicholasLake, 20, of Pea Ridge, on a Bentonville warrant.

12:23 p.m. A three-vehicle accident on Slack Street at the end of Weston Street involving Mary Beard, 18, Pea Ridge; Sherrie Thomas, 38, Centerton;

and Brenten Reeves, 18, Bentonville.

Sunday, July 4

5 p.m. Received a report of a verbal disturbance at a residence on North Curtis Avenue. Arrested Tenesha Beasley, 27, no town of residence given, on an outstanding warrant from Bentonville.

7:24 p.m. As a result of a call from a concerned citizen concerning a reckless driver, located the reported vehicle in Maple Glen subdivision and arrested John M. Campbell, 65, Rogers, for DWI and refusal to submit.
