PEA RIDGE — Two Pea Ridge High School students - Beth Ash on flute and Lauren Meyers on euphonium - qualified for the All-Region Honor Band Saturday, Jan. 16, according to Matt McCool, Pea Ridge Band director. Six students auditioned.

The All-Region Band clinic is to be held at Har-Ber High School in Springdale Jan. 22-23. Students rehearse all day Friday and Saturday morning. The concert is set to be at the Performing Arts Center at Springdale High School Saturday, Jan. 23.

This is a very prestigious group of students selected through auditions and include students from all schools in northwest Arkansas, all the way from West Fork north to Bella Vista, and Siloam Springs east to Mountain Home, McCool said.
