PEA RIDGE POLICE DEPARTMENT

— Incidents reported to the Pea Ridge Police Department this week include:

Three warrants served:

◊1/4 Christopher Mann, 32, Pea Ridge, failure to appear;

◊1/5 Eric Burns, 32, Centerton, failure to appear; and

◊1/5 Joey Arnett, 36, Bella Vista, contempt failure to pay fines and costs.

Other incidents include: Friday, Jan. 8

4:30 p.m. As the result of a traffic stop in which officers were not able to ascertain the proper identity of the driver, arrested a male who appeared to be from El Salvador for no driver’s license and transported him to the Benton County Jail.

9 p.m. Arrested Luke Fields, 29, Pea Ridge, for leaving the scene of an accident and driving on a suspended driver’s license from a DWI as the result of an investigation into a hit and run accident at McNair Street and Hayden Road which occurred on Dec. 25.

Saturday, Jan. 9

11 p.m. A 39-year-old white female reported that while at a residence on W. Patton Street she had been involved in an altercation with her estranged boyfriend, a 27-year-old white male.

The incident is under investigation and charges are pending.

Sunday, Jan. 10

1:26 a.m. After observing a male driving an all-terrain vehicle on public roads, through the high school parking lot and adjacent field and spinning the ATV around, police stopped Bobby Treat, 42, Pea Ridge, who was taken to Bentonville Police Department where he submitted to a breathalyzer test. He was arrested for driving on a suspended driver’s license and DWI and taken to the Benton County Jail.

12 p.m.While checking on the welfare of an individual at a residence on Bowen Street, arrested Amber Cotton, 25, Pea Ridge, for warrants from Benton County, Rogers and Little Flock.
