— Incidents reported to the Pea Ridge Police Department this week include:

Four warrants served:

12/30 Marsha Michalski, 35, Rogers, failure to appear;

12/30 Wendell Pullen, 43, Paragould, failure to appear;

12/31 Brenda DelToro, 39, Monet, Mo., failure to appear; and

12/31 Zachary Baker, 18, Bentonville, contempt failure to pay fines and costs.

Other incidents include: Tuesday, Dec. 29

10:19 p.m. A resident from Ford Street reported a women’s mountain bicycle stolen from outside the garage of the residence.

Wednesday, Dec. 30

9 a.m. A possible reckless driver was reported traveling north on Arkansas Highway 94 into Pea Ridge.The vehicle was stopped and it was determined thedriver, a 53-year-old white male, was apparently ill. He was taken to Northwest Medical Center by ambulance.

6 p.m. As the result of a traffic stop on Frost Street, Gerald Mahoney, 56, of Pea Ridge, was arrested DWI II.

Thursday, Dec. 31

11 p.m.While atWhite Oak Station, police were approached by a 22-yearold white male who reported that while at a residence on South Davis Street he was battered.The ambulance was called, but the man was not transported.

Friday, Jan. 1, 2010

1:45 a.m. A resident on McCulloch Street reported a 17-year-old white male possibly intoxicated.When police arrived at the residence, they discovered several people at the residence, some of whom were under 18 years of age.

The juvenile male was transported to the hospital by ambulance. Parents were called to pick up other juveniles.

One man present, Edwin Hernandez, 19, was arrested on a warrant from Bethel Heights. Courtney Bartholomew, 31, Pea Ridge, was cited for seven counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

2:30 a.m. A resident on Zachary Street reported his 2006 Ford F-250 pickup truck taken from the residence.

The owner claimed to have both sets of keys.

9:38 p.m. A traffic stop on North Curtis Avenue at Sonic led to the arrest of Theresa Ann Chadwell, 48, of Lanagan, Mo., for warrants from Bentonville, Little Flock and Gravette.

Saturday, Jan. 2, 2010

9:30 p.m. Police were approached by a male advising them of a verbal disturbance at Hudson Family Diner, Lee Town Road. Upon arrival at the business, police were informed that the persons involved had left. Police contacted all parties who declined to press charges.
