Monday, Feb. 15

5:22 p.m. A battery was reported by a resident on Carney Circle. An 11-year-old white male was cited into juvenile probation as a result of the investigation.

11 p.m. A resident on South Curtis Avenue reported a possibly intoxicated person threatening to harm herself.

Cheri Hobkirk, 40, of Pea Ridge, was arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest and taken to the Benton County Jail.

Tuesday, Feb. 16

6 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop on It’ll Do Road and Fields Cove, Jesus Sanchez-Miramontes, 39, Rogers, was arrested on Rogers warrants.

Wednesday, Feb. 17

3:04 a.m. As a result of a traffic stop on South Curtis Avenue and Sugar Creek Road, Christopher Burton, 18, Rogers, was arrested for driving on a suspended driver’s license, suspended for DWI.

Friday, Feb. 19

8 .m. A two-vehicle accident was reported on Hayden Road atTodd Circle involving Catherine Killman, 17, Pea Ridge, and Jessy Bresler, 17, Pea Ridge. Bresler was cited for having no insurance.

11:07 p.m. A traffic stop on Lee Town Road and Blair Circle resulted in the arrest of Tiffany Peterson, 21, Bentonville, for outstanding warrants from Rogers and Springdale police departments.

Saturday, Feb. 20

10:23 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop on White Lane, Kami Payton, 22, Pea Ridge, was arrested for driving on a suspended driver’s license.

Sunday, Feb. 21

8:30 a.m. An investigation into three persons walking in the roadway on North Curtis Avenue led to the arrest on Lindsey Street of:

◊ Travis Schmalz, 22, Bentonville, possession of a controlled substance, and misdemeanor warrants from Harrison, Pea Ridge and Bentonville;

◊ Kevin Eddins, 35, Independence,
